AliClad is a premium aluminium weatherboard system designed for both cladding and soffit applications. The product combines durability with aesthetic flexibility, offering architects, builders and developers a robust and beautifully finished product engineered for New Zealand's demanding climate. Made from 2.2mm 6063 T6 Aluminium Alloy, AliClad delivers high tensile and rigidity properties that exceed competing systems.

Tested to AS/NZS4284 standards and rated non-combustible under NZBC requirements with ISO 5660.1 Group 1S fire performance, AliClad is engineered for standard residential wall build-ups and high wind loading applications. The system features a hidden fixing mechanism with comprehensive two-piece extruded flashing, true system drainage for improved weather-tightness, and flexible window installation options.

Locally coated in New Zealand with state-of-the-art coating technology, AliClad offers 23 standard color options including woodgrain finishes (Dark Chestnut, Australian Cedar), metallics (Monument, Silver, Gold), neutrals (Pearl White, Windsor Grey), and bold options (Black). Custom and corporate colours are available with potential lead times and minimum order charges.

With a 60-year expected material service life and up to 25 years warranty on selected finishes, AliClad is virtually maintenance-free, rot and pest resistant, and mould resistant. The lightweight design enables easy installation while maximum span distances reduce project costs. Ideal as a timber substitute, AliClad represents a sustainable cladding solution for residential and commercial projects.
